Returns at DRM-LND

At DRM-LND, we’re proud to offer high-quality DIY products that let your creativity shine. That’s why it’s important to us that you feel confident in your purchase.

Before you get started

Once you’ve begun assembling or using your product, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns. We therefore recommend carefully reading and watching our assembly instructions before you begin – to make your experience as smooth and fun as possible!

Our return policy – 30 days

Standard items purchased through our website may be returned within thirty days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to make a return

Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll help you from there.

If a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

Approved refunds will generally be processed within thirty (30) days after the returned item is received, although refunds are typically issued sooner.

Unclaimed packages

If a package is not picked up and is returned to us, a handling fee of $15 will be charged.

In-store purchases & assembly assistance

Products purchased on www.drm-lnd.com cannot be returned in physical stores. We do not offer exchanges.

If you received assembly help in-store, please note that our staff are not professionally trained jewelers and cannot guarantee the final quality of assembled products.

Received a faulty product? We’ll fix it!

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge. In such cases, DRM-LND will cover the return shipping costs.
